Controlled Work. Documented Results.
A project framework built around hazard planning, specification compliance, qualified execution and traceable coating records.
Safety and quality start before mobilization.
Each project should translate the issued scope, owner rules, product requirements and work environment into a practical execution package.
Pre-job planning
- Scope, drawings and specification review
- Job hazard analysis and site orientation requirements
- SDS and coating-product coordination
- Access, containment and ventilation planning
- Equipment, PPE and respiratory-protection requirements
- Emergency contacts, stop-work and reporting paths
Hold points that protect the finished system.
Condition
Confirm substrate, existing coating, contamination, damage and repair boundaries.
Preparation
Verify cleanliness, surface profile, dust and environmental conditions as specified.
Application
Track batches, mixing, induction, pot life, wet film, recoat timing and conditions.
Acceptance
Record dry-film thickness, repairs, testing, punch items and final photographs.
Documentation Package
Contract requirements determine the exact format. A structured closeout package can include daily reports, environmental logs, surface-preparation records, profile readings, coating batch information, wet- and dry-film thickness readings, repair logs and photo documentation.
Standards and Specifications
Cleaning standards, test methods and product requirements must be taken from the current contract documents and approved manufacturer literature. Standards are referenced accurately and never used as a substitute for the project specification.
Nonconformance and Repair
When a condition falls outside the approved requirements, the affected area should be identified, work paused where necessary, the controlling party notified and an approved repair path documented before acceptance.
Send the Specification and Quality Requirements
We will organize the scope around the asset, exposure, work controls and required records.
